Findings
The facility failed to provide assistance with bathing to the Alleged Victim (AV), resulting in AV going without a shower, experiencing unreasonable discomfort and receiving treatment for UTI and skin infection in the weeks immediately following missing showers. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
