Findings
According to documentation, the Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) used inappropriate language and made sexual comments in front of the Alleged Victim, making him/her uncomfortable in his/her own home. AP2's actions are considered verbal/emotional abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from inappropriate actions by staff, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
