Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. AVs provider ordered Capillary blood glucose (CBG) checks four times a day. The facility failed to ensure physician orders were followed. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
