Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medications. Between October 1st, through December 16th, 2021, AV’s medication was reported unavailable, AV when without ordered medications for 75 days until a nursing audit identified the issue. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system for AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
