Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medications. AV was not administered his/her medication approximately from June 23, 2021 - December 30, 2021. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure AV was administered medications as prescribed, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
