Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medication. On or about January 4, 2022, AV had gone without his/her pain medication for three (3) days resulting in AV having unreasonable discomfort. AV missed his/her pain medication when the facility did not order medication before AV ran out. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
