Findings
On or about February 20, 2020, Alleged Victim (AV) had belts and a chair missing during AV’S move. Alleged Perpetrator (AP2) (unknown) wrongfully took items belonging to AV, AP2 actions are a violation of resident rights is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from Financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
