Findings
The facility failed to follow the Alleged Victim’s (AV) care plan regarding his or her dietary needs. On or about January 31, 2022, AV was given food that AV’s care plan indicates AV cannot eat, resulting in AV developing gastric distress, diarrhea, and unreasonable discomfort. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care which constitutes abuse.
