The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. According to documentation, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) accepted $60.00 from AV. AP2 is responsible for financial exploitation, which is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
