Findings
On or about January 14, 2022, through February 17, 2022, the facility failed to administer Alleged Victim’s (AV) anti-psychotic medication according to dosage, frequency, and time as described in AV's medical order. The facility's failure to provide a safe medication administration system caused AV harm resulting in temporary loss of emotional function, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
