Findings
On or about February 20, 2022, the Alleged Victim (AV) called for help and waited approximately an hour for assistance. AV is a two person transfer and soiled him/herself, causing unreasonable discomfort, while waiting for assistance from staff. The facility failed to answer the call light in a timely manner, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
