Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for h/h care. Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) failed to administer AV’s medications on several days in the month of February 2022. AP2’s actions are a violation of resident rights, are considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to administer medication as ordered which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
