Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. According to documentation, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) was supposed to run errands for AV and withdraw $500 with his/her debit card. AP2 never returned with the card or Money. AP2 is responsible for financial exploitation, which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
