Findings
According to the documentation, the facility failed to ensure sufficient staffing levels were provided to meet the needs of the residents. The failure resulted in the Alleged Victim (AV) not receiving a PRN medication to reduce their agitation, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
