Findings
On or about March 2, 2022, the Alleged Victim (AV) did not receive his/her medication as ordered. The facility failed to timely re-order AV's medication. AV was shaky, unsteady and light headed from not receiving his/her medication as ordered. The facilities failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
