Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) is care planned to have assistance putting compression socks on daily. AV was observed not have compression socks on March 04, 2022, and on March 07, 2022 resulting in swelling of AVs legs. The facility failed to follow the care plan which is a violation of resident’s rights is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
