Findings
On or about February 21, 2022, the Alleged Victim's (AV) Primary Care Physician ordered for AV's blood pressure medication to be held for two days and to take his/her blood pressure daily. The facility failed to follow physician orders, placing AV at risk for harm. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
