Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. On or about March 12, 2022, Witness 1 (W1) and AV were sitting at the kitchenette counter. When AV walked away, W1 touched AV on the back of his/her thigh below the buttocks. AV reported being scared. The facility failed to provide a safe environment for AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: RCFCP22-01203 $500.00 fine assessed
