Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) is care planned to have barrier cream to AV’s sores. Staff are not applying barrier cream to AV’s sore as stated in his/her orders. Since AV moved into the facility, his/her sore have gotten worse. The facility failed to follow the care plan, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
