Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. AV care plan indicates staff are to remind AV when h/she is getting low on medical supplies. AV supplies ran out and AV went to the hospital for supplies. AV reports embarrassment not having the correct supplies. The facility failed to follow the care plan which is a violation of resident rights is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
