Findings
The facility failed to follow the Alleged Victim’s (AV) care plan to monitor during eating. The AV was having trouble breathing, was transported to the hospital and diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia. The facility failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
