Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) knows how to use his/her call light. AV slept in his/her recliner, as he/she was able to get out of his/her recliner alone, but not able to get out of his/her bed. AV utilized his/her call light on multiple occasions and had to wait anywhere from 20 minutes to almost 6 hours, leaving AV in unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
