Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) receives as needed medication to ease pain. On or about April 7, 2022, AV requested pain medication and it took staff over two hours to bring pain medication to AV, leaving AV in unreasonable discomfort. The facility's failure to dispense medication in a timely manner is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
