Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) is care planned to have assistance putting compression socks on daily. AV was observed not having compression socks on resulting in discoloration of lower anterior leg and swelling of veins in lower leg. The facility failed to follow the care plan which is a violation of resident’s rights is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
