Findings
The facility failed to administer medication as ordered. Alleged Victim (AV) did not receive h/h medications from approximately April 17, 2022, through April 28, 2022, which resulted in AV needing injections and daily doctors visit for blood work to re-adjust h/h levels, which is a violation of resident rights is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
