Findings
Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) failed to provide a safe medication administration system for Alleged Victim (AV). AP2 discontinued AVs medication without a verified doctor's discontinuation order. AP2 is responsible for neglect of care which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide oversight and a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
