Findings
On or about May 18, 2022 the Alleged Victim (AV) noticed he/she was missing $20.00 from his/her room, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2, unknown) took #20.00 from AV's room while AV was at the hospital. AP2's actions are considered neglect of care and constitutes financial abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial abuse, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
