Findings
On or about June 1, 2022, it was discovered that the Alleged Victim (AV) had 4 cups of medications in his/her room that weren't taken by AV. Medication Technician staff are to watch residents take medication and not leave medication in AV's room. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system, which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
