Findings
The facility failed to provide supervision and training of staff in bandaging Alleged Victim's (AV) hand which resulted in AV's wound not healing. The facility's failure caused AV unreasonable discomfort which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
