Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility to administer his/her medication. Between May 19th through June 1st, 2022, AV was not given his/her nighttime insulin. AV stopped getting his/her night insulin on May 19, 2022, due to the facility running out of the medication. During this time, there were multiple times that AV's blood sugars were elevated. The facility failed to have medication available for AV, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
