According to documentation the facility failed to follow The Alleged Victim (AV) care plan for recording the daily bowel movement. The failure resulted in AV experiencing pain and unreasonable discomfort. The facility failed to ensure care plans were followed, which is a violation of resident’s rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
