Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for his/her care. On or about June 2, 2022, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) took video of resident and posted it on social media with derogatory terms. AP2’s actions are considered verbal abuse, which is neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from verbal abuse, which is a violation of resident rights.
