Findings: Alleged Victim (AV) relies on the facility for h/h care. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure AV medications where reordered in a timely manner. AV was not administered his/her medication for approximately 2 days, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction: ALFCP22-00802 $500.00 fine assessed
