The facility failed to protect the Alleged Victim (AV) from loss of personal property when providing laundry services. The failure resulted in AV’s belonging not being returned to him/her causing emotional discomfort and a financial loss, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
