Findings
The facility failed to seek timely medical treatment when AV experienced a fall on or about June 16, 2022. AV’s PCP was notified of fall on or about June 22, 2022, and ordered an X-ray, which confirmed a fractured left Humerus. The facility failure to seek timely medical treatment resulted in prolonged unreasonable discomfort to AV. The failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
