Findings
The facility failed to answer call lights in a timely manner. Alleged Victim (AV) pushed the call light for assistance on multiple occasions and waited more than forty-five (45) minutes approximately on fifteen (15) occasions, causing loss of dignity, which is a violation of resident rights, is neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction
ALFCP22-01047 $500.00 fine assessed
