Findings
Alleged Victim (AV) was not administered his/her medication for pain management and high blood pressure on multiple occasions, putting AV at risk of potential harm. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure AV was administered prescribed medications which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
