- According to documentation, Unknown Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) took forty dollars ($40.00) from Alleged Victim (AV) bag on or about July 22, 2022. Unknown AP2 is responsible for theft of property, which is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
