Findings
The facility failed to appropriately care plan and implement interventions for Alleged Victim's (AV) behaviors for refusing care which resulted in AV not getting his/her hygiene care needs in a timely manner. The failure resulted in AV experiencing unreasonable discomfort and a loss of personal dignity which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
