Findings
On or about August 4, 2022, Alleged Victim (AV) had approximately $400 in cash missing. Alleged Perpetrator (AP2) (unknown) wrongfully took money belonging to AV, AP2 actions are a violation of resident rights is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from Financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
