Findings
On or about August 5, 2022, Alleged Perpetrator 2 (AP2) neglected Alleged Victim (AV) by giving AV another resident's pain medication which was double the amount prescribed to AV, resulting in potential risk of harm. AP2's actions is considered neglect of care which constitutes abuse. The facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
