Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) is bed-bound, diabetic and is care planned for external toenail care. AV's nails are very thick and overgrown. The facility failed to ensure AV's nails were trimmed in a timely manner. The facility failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
