Findings
The Alleged Victim (AV) receives pain medication 4 times per day. The facility failed to re-order AV's pain medication timely, leaving him/her without pain medication. AV missed all doses of medication on September 5, 2022 and after not receiving 3 doses on September 6, 2022, AV was transported to the hospital in severe pain. The facility's failure to ensure AV's pain medication was available for AV is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
