Findings
According to documentation, the facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system. The failure resulted in the Alleged Victim (AV) missing approximately four doses of antibiotics between 08/29/2022 through 09/01/2022, for an infection causing unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights and is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
