Findings
According to documentation, the facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system to ensure the Alleged Victim’s medications were administered as ordered. The failure resulted in the Alleged Victim (AV) receiving double doses of two medications causing dizziness and unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
