Findings
According to the documentation, the facility failed to provide a safe medication administration system resulting in the Alleged Victim (AV) to not have pain medication available. The failure resulted in the AV suffering from pain and unreasonable discomfort, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
