Findings
The facility failed to provide services according to the Alleged Victim’s (AV) needs, relating to meals, leaving AV at risk for harm. On multiple occasions, AV either received meals late or did not receive meals at all.  The facility’s failure is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
Sanction
ALFCP22-01013 $250.00 fine assessed
