Findings
The facility failed to adequately monitor, assess, and document the Alleged Victim's (AV) skin condition, which resulted in AV not receiving timely medical treatment. AV experienced pain and discomfort for an extended period and had to be sent to the hospital for treatment. AP2's actions were determined to be Not Substantiated. The facility failed to assure timely medical treatment, which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
