The Alleged Victim (AV) cloth pouch, containing $100.00 cash, went missing from his/her room. The money was taken by an Unknown Alleged Perpetrator #2 (AP2) and this person is responsible for theft of property, which is considered financial exploitation and constitutes abuse. The facility failed to protect AV from financial exploitation which is a violation of Oregon Administrative Rules.
