Findings
The facility failed to provide appropriate services according to the Alleged Victim’s (AV) toileting needs and behaviors which resulted in AV's care needs not being met in a timely manner, causing AV to sit in a soiled brief for a long period of time. The failure resulted in unreasonable discomfort which is a violation of resident rights, is considered neglect of care and constitutes abuse.
